Dealing with insurance companies can be confusing, frustrating and sometimes difficult. The CoPilot Program provides one central administration point to help employees manage problematic claims issues. We’ll serve as the personal benefits advocate for every employee to make sure they receive all of the benefits you've intended. Employees simply make one phone call to our specialist and we take it from there to sort through any issues directly with the providers. This results in more productive work time and fewer distractions for everyone involved.
